Privacy at Cakee o'Clockk
Cakee o'Clockk, Rajkot ("we") runs thecakeoclock.com.

What we collect and why

• Your name, mobile number, and (for delivery) your address and location on the map: to make, deliver and tell you about your order.
• Your order and payment status: to run the bakery and keep tax records. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store them.
• Your email, if you give it: to send receipts.
• Only if you tick the box: we use your name and mobile to send you new flavours and offers on WhatsApp, and to measure our Facebook/Instagram ads (Meta receives a scrambled version of your number).

Who helps us: Razorpay (payments), MSG91 and Meta (WhatsApp messages), Meta (ad measurement), our web host, and a map service (to price delivery). They use your data only to provide these services to us.

How long we keep it: order and invoice records for as long as tax law requires. Marketing: until you say stop. After that we keep only a scrambled version of your number, so we never message you by mistake. If you start an order and don't finish, we keep your details for up to 7 days so we can help you complete it.

Your choices: to stop offers, reply "Stop offers" on WhatsApp or use https://thecakeoclock.com/whatsapp/stop. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can name someone to act for you. Contact Charmi Vithlani, confectionsbycharmi@gmail.com, {contact_phone}. We reply within 90 days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Offers on WhatsApp are only for people aged 18 or over.
